Every tile is glazed or full-body porcelain fired above 1,200 °C. Floors and walls, bathrooms and kitchens, over underfloor heating. Prices per square metre, inc VAT.
Tile names describe the finish. Shade and calibre are reserved from one production batch per order. Boxes are sold whole; the calculator below adds the 10% cutting allowance for you.
We buy in full containers direct from the factory and sell from one warehouse. That is the whole difference.

Competitor prices are published website prices for standard 600 × 600 mm porcelain floor tiles on 10 September 2026, delivery excluded. Our prices are per square metre inc VAT, ex-warehouse; pallet delivery is quoted by postcode.
Turkey is one of the world's largest tile exporters and the UK's biggest source of porcelain tiles. The factories we buy from run the same Italian presses, glazes and digital printers as the brands sold in UK showrooms.
Every tile carries a CE mark and a Declaration of Performance to EN 14411, the standard British building control recognises and the same one Wickes and B&Q tiles are sold under. You get the paperwork with every order.
Because we ship by the container and sell from a single site in England, we carry none of the costs of a 300-store chain. That saving goes into the price per square metre.

Send your square metres and postcode. You get a price per m², the number of boxes with cutting allowance, and the delivery cost, within one working day.
Pay by card or bank transfer against the quote. Your tiles are reserved from one batch the moment payment clears.
Stock ranges leave our warehouse within 3–5 working days on a kerbside pallet. Whole containers for larger projects ship direct from the factory in 6–8 weeks.
From 100 m² we quote a project price and can reserve a full production run in one shade. Send the plans or the room list and we will come back with a price per room.
Ask for a project priceYes. They are porcelain to EN 14411 group BIa, which means water absorption under 0.5%, frost-proof and suitable for floors, walls, wet rooms and outdoors. Every range has a CE mark and a Declaration of Performance, which we send with the order.
Delivery is on a kerbside pallet and is quoted by postcode with every quote. Most of England is one pallet rate; orders over a full pallet are cheaper per square metre. You can also collect from the warehouse by appointment.
Up to four cut samples per household, free, posted first class. Samples show colour and finish; because porcelain is printed, the full tile has more pattern variation than a single sample.
Unopened, undamaged boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; you pay the return carriage. Cut or opened boxes cannot be returned. Damaged deliveries are replaced free if you tell us within 48 hours with photos. Full terms are on the delivery and returns page.
Yes. Porcelain conducts heat well and does not move with temperature. Use a flexible S1 adhesive and grout, and follow the heating manufacturer's warm-up schedule.
Rectified tiles are machine-cut to an exact size after firing, so you can lay them with a 2 mm grout line. R10 is the anti-slip rating suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. Polished tiles are R9 and best kept for walls and dry floors.
Yes. Flexible rapid-set adhesive, grout, levelling clips and trims are quoted with the tiles so everything arrives on one pallet.
